SKA specializes in assisting owners and architects with third party structural peer reviews for buildings, structural systems, building enclosures, and mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) and fire protection (FP) systems. performing many of these reviews throughout the year. An independent (third party) review of engineering design documents is an effective means of improving the quality of the design and the design documents. In a third-party review, SKA offers expert review and commentary on progress design documents of all major building design disciplines. Our goal is to improve the final constructed product by making the entire project team aware of options that can improve the functionality, serviceability, durability, and economy of the project components.
