Troy Clayton joins us from Ramboll where his experience spanned industrial and manufacturing structural design, precast concrete, dams and hydraulic structures, structural dynamics and vibrations, and existing building assessment. Troy thrives in unique and challenging situations where creative, out-of-the-box, solutions are required to achieve desired outcomes. Outside of work, Troy enjoys building things, staying active, cooking, and spending time outdoors.
