SKA Consulting Engineers recently sponsored a booth at the Community Associations Institute – South Carolina conference. We are grateful so many folks stopped by to find out more about us and we provided them with the opportunity to win a drawing for a donation to their favorite cause.
The winner Ami Ruland, ARM, CMCA, Senior Project Manager of Tradd Management chose the non-profit Pirate’s Christmas, LLC which was formed in 2014. The event provides the means to take special needs children from the community and their chaperones to the annual Christmas at Pirates Voyage Dinner & Show. In 2016, numerous sponsors took 70 children and their chaperones to the show. Wearing a specially designed t-shirt, they took pictures with show characters, sipped refreshments and enjoyed the pre-show at Pirate’s Village, attended the exhilarating Dinner Show, smiled for a group photo after the show, and took home a fun-filled goodie bag.
