💡 “You don’t need a title to start leading.” — Clay Scroggins

This quarter’s Books N Brunch session centered around this powerful idea as we explored the book “How to Lead When You’re Not in Charge” at SKA.

Together, we unpacked thought-provoking questions like:
🔹 What is leadership—really?
🔹 What distinguishes influence from authority?
🔹 How do we grow our influence and take ownership of our impact and trajectory?

We also discussed how to challenge authority effectively—with empathy, clarity, and trust. When we lead with energy, ownership, and intentionality, regardless of our role—we create space for others to do the same.

Grateful to be part of a workplace that values reflection, connection, and continuous growth!
