SKA is providing building envelope consulting services for the UNC Health Blue Ridge Hospital Expansion that is being constructed in Morganton, NC. The purpose of SKA services will be to perform building envelope commissioning services prior to and during construction in order to aid in preventing moisture intrusion into the building. The project includes construction of a six story hospital tower expansion including a new emergency department and intensive care unit floor.
