SKA provided an emergency power study for the existing facility and electrical engineering design services for the addition of a new six-story, 84-bed skilled nursing healthcare center including lighting, normal and emergency power distribution, low voltage distribution and fire alarm. Also included in the project was the renovation and expansion of the existing main dining room with display cooking along with the renovation of the existing wellness center and clinic. SKA provided Field Quality Control Water Testing which involved two days of testing on a representative curtain wall. Testing was completed at 30% window installation and another at 60% completion.
