April Jones, PHR

April supports SKA through employee relations, workforce management, and the alignment of HR strategies with business objectives, serving as a trusted advisor to employees and leaders across the company. She is driven by a passion for creating meaningful employee experiences and building people practices that help SKA thrive. Outside of work, April loves making memories with her family and supporting her two sons in their academic and athletic pursuits—whether it’s football, baseball, or basketball. Much of her free time is spent traveling to and from games, and she wouldn’t trade it for anything; she’s proud to be their biggest fan. She also enjoys relaxing at the beach and has a special fascination with manatees. She checked off that bucket list item when she had the chance to swim with manatees in Florida.
