David Keatts, PE

Originally from Virginia, David moved to North Carolina to begin his career as a special inspector, specializing in the testing of concrete, mortar, grout, epoxy, asphalt and soil. He specializes in diagnosis, repair, and testing related to existing concrete structures, foundations and soil retaining structures. Not surprisingly he likes working in the field and especially solving complex problems for clients. David enjoys reading, working out, traveling, spending time with his family and watching sports (go Hokies!).
