John Richards

John’s background includes working for a waterproofing company where he managed projects focused on concrete remediation and waterproofing of substrates. He also worked with a construction company where he supervised the construction, upfit and remediation of commercial buildings with a focus on prevention of water infiltration and threats to structural integrity. He enjoys hiking in the Pisgah National Forest, spending time with family, and boating.
