Ralph Mills, PE

Ralph’s responsibilities include structural project management, planning, quality control, and training. He loves the engineering process of working through challenges with SKA staff and consultants to find solutions for clients. He is an asset and sounding board to his structural engineering team and extends this collaborative disposition to SKA’s clients. Ralph met the girl who would be his wife in 8th grade, and they have three married children and three grandchildren. He and his wife enjoy spending time with their family, walking, hiking, and sightseeing, especially visiting the many waterfalls in the Blue Ridge Mountains. They have visited many waterfall sites starting as far south as Toccoa Falls in Georgia and are systematically going northward through North Carolina into Virginia.  Ralph is active in church where his family also attends. He supports foreign mission work and likes to hunt and fish with his son.
