Ralph Mills, PE

Ralph’s responsibilities include planning, group management, and project management, quality control and training. He is active in his church and volunteers with religious faith-based organizations and service projects to benefit the needy. Ralph met the girl who would be his wife in 8th grade, and they have three children. He enjoys camping with his family, hunting, and fishing with his son.
