The Willow Oak Montessori campus features three single-story buildings, ample parking, and a nature trail to connect the school with the neighboring housing development.  The campus includes the 33,000 sf charter school in addition to The Children’s House, a licensed childcare program. SKA provided assistance to the architect in evaluating wall and roof assemblies using hygrothermal analysis software (WUFI) to ensure the material systems would not create a condition that resulted in condensation in the systems. SKA was also able to evaluate value engineer recommendations to ensure that the building envelope performance would not be negatively impacted.
